Compliance with legal regulations, internal rules and principles of conduct is our top priority. Misconduct must therefore be identified at an early stage. The whistleblower system enables employees and external whistleblowers worldwide to report breaches of rules.
Violations of regulations with high risks include, for example, corruption, antitrust and money laundering offences as well as violations of technical requirements or violations of environmental regulations. Personal issues, in particular sexual harassment or human rights violations, are also included.
The management encourages everyone within and outside the company who observes breaches of rules in connection with us or suspects for specific reasons to contact the reporting office without fear of retaliation and to express the report openly.
Whistleblowers who report possible violations based on concrete evidence are protected by the company. This ensures the confidentiality of their statements. Employees who feel they have suffered disadvantages as a result of reporting an infringement are also protected by the reporting office. Discriminating or intimidating employees because they have reported a violation is a violation of our Code of Conduct and results in disciplinary action under employment law.
Whistleblowers can also contact the reporting office anonymously, provided that national legislation allows it. At the same time, it is very helpful for the reporting office if whistleblowers can be contacted (e.g. via an anonymous e-mail address) so that they can be asked questions that could be beneficial to the investigation. If a whistleblower discloses their identity but wishes it not to be shared with other bodies within the company, this request will be met.
If you have specific indications of breaches of rules in the context of our business activities, you can send your report to the following address:
